"Manager got back to me quick"
Had a little issue with my order, nothing huge, but still kind of annoying. I reached out and the manager got back to me fast, explained things in a simple way, and fixed it up without making it a big hassle. i appreciated how easy they made the whole thing.

"Really good desserts"
I tried Lone Star Steakhouse mostly because I was craving something sweet after dinner, and the dessert hit the spot. It tasted fresh, not dry or stale like you sometimes get from other places, and the portion was decent too
I’m giving it 4 stars just because it was a little sweeter than I usually like,, but still really good overall. I’d definitely order dessert again when I’m in the mood

"Good prices and an easy steak dinner"
I went to Lone Star Steakhouse last weekend, the prices were better than I expected for a steak dinner.
Ordering was easy, the menu was straightforward, and we didn’t feel like every little side or add-on was going to cost extra. The portions were solid, and having the sides included made the whole meal feel like a fair deal.
It’s not a super fancy place, but it was relaxed, simple, and worth the money. I left full and happy, and I’d definitely go back again.

"Service Really Missed the Mark"
I went in expecting a normal dinner, but the vibe was off right away. Our server barely said much and seemed genuinely annoyed when we asked a couple of basic questions. The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the cold attitude kind of ruined the whole experience for us. I’m not expecting over-the-top service, but a little friendliness goes a long way.

"Felt like the wait would be worse, but it wasn’t"
We went on a Friday night, and just walking in, I had that gut feeling we were going to be stuck waiting for ages. The host told us 20 minutes, which sounded about right for how busy it looked, but we were seated in maybe 10. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
The food came out faster than I expected too, especially with the restaurant packed. Our server checked in at good times without hovering or making us feel rushed. Overall, it just felt like one of those nights where everything moved smoother than you’d think.

"Decent steak, but the salad felt a bit off"
The steak was fine and tasted okay, but the salad didn’t seem as fresh as it should’ve been. Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, but I do think if you’re serving a dish with fresh ingredients, it’s only fair to make sure they’re actually fresh. I just expected a little better.

"Clean spot, no complaints"
The place was really clean when I stopped in. Tables looked wiped down and taken care of, which I always appreciate. No complaints from me.

"Disappointing food and frustrating policies"
I ordered the steak and ribs, both were disappointing. The steak was dry and chewy, and the ribs had that old taste like they’d been sitting around for a while. Even the fries showed up cold. For what they charge, I expected a lot better. I also don’t love how places can hide behind little policy loopholes when the food quality clearly isn’t right, like somehow cold fries and tough steak don’t count as a real issue. Maybe it was just an off night, but I won’t be ordering from here again

"Decent overall, but the seating wasn’t great"
The food was totally fine, so I don’t feel like I’m being too picky here, but the seating was just kind of uncomfortable. We ended up in a booth that felt a little tight, and the cushion seemed worn down, which made it less relaxing than I was hoping for during a longer dinner. It definitely wasn’t awful or anything, and I’d still go back, but next time I’d probably ask for a regular table instead.

"Decent dinner, nothing too special"
Had dinner here and it was alright overall. The food was fine, not bad at all, just nothing that really stood out. Service was kinda slow, so we ended up waiting a bit longer than expected. Not a terrible experiance, but probly not somewhere I’d rush back to.

"Finally Found a Good Drink Spot"

"We went here for a family dinner..."
We went here for a family dinner, and overall it was okay. The kids did fine and nothing was really bad, but I had that gut feeling right away that it was going to feel a little too crowded for us, and that ended up being true. Not a terrible experience, just not the most relaxing one either.

I was so disappointed. I was really looking forward to a good steak, and when it came out cold, it completely ruined the meal for me. Like, how does a steak arrive at the table already feeling like it gave up on life?

"Seasoning was okay, I guess"
The steak had a decent flavor overall, and I did enjoy parts of it, but the seasoning felt a little hit or miss. Some bites were fine, then others were kind of bland, which made me notice it more than I expected. Not bad, just not quite as flavorful as I was hoping

"Plenty of choices when you can’t decide"
I really like how many options they have on the menu. Steaks are obviously the main draw, but they also have burgers, chicken, sides, and salads, so you don’t feel trapped picking one type of meal. It’s an easy spot to go when everyone in the group wants something different.

"Great drinks at the bar"
Had a really good time at the bar. The bartender was quick, super friendly, and the drinks were good, like really good. Everything came out fast and tasted just right.

"The Sides Lowkey Stole the Show"
I got the steak with mashed potatoes and green beans, i was not prepared for the sides to make such a strong entrance. They came out warm, tasted really solid, and while they weren’t life-changing or anything, they were definitely better than I expected. I’d absolutely order them again

"Worth the money"
I was happy with this overall. The portions were filling, so I felt like I got my money’s worth, and the steak tasted good, which made the whole meal feel even better. It didn’t seem overpriced like some other places, so I’d definitely order it again.
